VENDORS AND EXHIBITORS INFORMATION

All Vendors,
As a vendor at a Brazilian Day you are eligible for space rental which includes a 10’ x 10’ canopy, one table and three chairs (optional extra tables and chairs for an extra fee). Space rental fees are as described in the vendor agreement below*. The rental of allocated space will begin on Sunday, September 9, 2007 at 9:00am and ends at 9:00pm (the setup-time will be 9:00am-12:00pm and the take-down/clean-up will be 6:00pm-9:00pm). To cancel reservation and claim rental refund, please contact the organizers before September 1. All vendors are asked to provide a photo ID along with the Vendor Agreement and are obliged to collect sales tax (10% of all sales collected at Brazil Day in Frederick will go to Frederick Sister Cities Association – Brazil Division and collected by Elson Gabriel). You are allowed to distribute give-aways. Please, contact the Brazilian Day organizers for a copy of Vendor Agreement at 301-662-5200 ext. 121 or by e-mail andrew@grantops.com.

Food Vendors,
You are asked to provide a photo ID as well as a City of Frederick Health department permit (contact the health Department at 301-600-2542) attached with the Vendor Agreement. You are obliged to have a cleaning station and usable portable water. You are welcome to hand out small samples.
